Things to Do
For guests extending their stay, Dallas offers great food (Texas barbecue!), shopping, and cultural attractions.
A short list of our favorite spots will be shared closer to the date.

Where to Stay
Recommendations coming soon!
A formal, black-tie celebration
Guests are expected to dress formally, and both Pakistani attire and American black-tie are equally appropriate.
We welcome (and encourage!) rich colors, embellishment, and statement pieces. No outfit is too glamorous, ornate, or bold for this celebration.
We kindly ask guests to avoid white.
Pakistani Attire
روایت میں لپٹی ایک شام

Pakistani formalwear is known for its rich fabrics, intricate embellishment, and elegant silhouettes.
Women — lehengas, shararas, ghararas, sarees
Men — sherwanis, elevated kurta sets
Styling — bold color, ornate detail, statement jewelry
Black-Tie
FORMAL DE NOCHE

Western black-tie attire is equally appropriate for this celebration.
Think tuxedos, formal suits, evening gowns, and floor-length dresses designed for a formal evening event.
We encourage polished, elevated looks that complement the grandeur of the occasion.
For those wearing Western attire, incorporating a silk scarf or draped accessory can be a beautiful way to nod to South Asian styling without fully committing to traditional dress.
Considering Pakistani Attire?
If you’re interested in wearing Pakistani attire but aren’t sure where to begin, the following designers and boutiques offer beautiful formal options suitable for the celebration:
Lashkaraa · Laam · Kalki · Indya · Aza
You may also find stunning pieces at local Pakistani or Indian boutiques.
If you’re ordering a custom or international outfit, we recommend starting early, as tailoring and shipping can take several weeks.
If you’re unsure about an outfit, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.
Registry
Your presence truly means the world to us, and is the only gift we need.
Since we’ll be traveling back to California after the wedding, we won’t be able to transport physical gifts. If you still wish to give, contributions toward our honeymoon or future home would be deeply appreciated.
A link will be shared closer to the date.
